Local Eatery was founded in 2012 by late Chef Kevin Halligan, whose vision was to establish an upscale restaurant in the heart of Laconia NH, sourcing ingredients for its finely crafted dishes from local New Hampshire farmers & producers.
Since then, Local Eatery has been at the forefront of Contemporary American farm-to-table dining, engineering culinary sensations & bringing a modern local flare to iconic cuisine.
Today, we are proud to carry and grow that tradition, partnering with dozens of local farms, distilleries, bakeries, artists, breweries & more, to showcase the best of what New Hampshire’s dedicated and talented people have to offer.

Local Eatery owns its name by crafting menus based upon the availability of fresh produce, meats, fish, and cheese from local farms. Our chef's work closely with select farms and farmers to deliver meals that you will remember. As the Lakes Region original Farm-to-Table model, Local Eatery is proud of the partnerships they have developed with the many farms that locals have come to love in the Lakes Region, New Hampshire, & New England.
